Here we are – winter again!
and it’s probably not going to be a very easy one.
We’re trying to be philosophical about it; after all, all we need is a safe place to live, enough to eat and the means to pay the vet’s bill. Come to think of it I expect that’s all you want for yourself and your family…. (you DO go to the vet, don’t you?), but we know it’s very worrying to know how the bills are going to be paid. We have the extra worry of being completely unable to do anything about it ; we just have to stay here in our field and HOPE that in spite of all the difficulties out there you will be able to continue to help us. Quite a few of us had a really bad time earlier in our lives. It would be so awful if our lives of safety ended.

We have had to write to everyone we know to ask them to keep helping us
On a much more cheering note Christmas is not that far away and we feel sure it will be a happy time for everyone, even if spending is pruned a bit. With that in mind our people have made a special effort to make things as affordable as possible & have created some new Gift Ideas, which they hope you will like. As you can see, even little donkeys find Christmas intriguing!
