Neddi donkeys in the snow

The rescued donkeys at the NEDDI sanctuary in north France are throughly mystified by all the white stuff that has appeared in their fields, and now stubbornly refuses to go away.  They are clearly wondering what has happened to their grass!

Most of us humans have been dreaming of a white Christmas, but now it’s here the donkeys aren’t so sure it was a good choice.  Come to that, the feed bills are going to make the office doubt the wisdom of it, too.  We don’t want to seem ungrateful, but it’s a good lesson in “Be careful what you wish for”.

Anyway – donkeys and staff would like to send our snowy good wishes to everyone for a happy Christmas and a healthy and safe New Year.
